If a fielder touches the boundry before catch & then after catch the ball within boundry without touching ground, is it fair catch or not?

Hi Rikesh
I assume you mean that the fielder, whose foot or feet are touching the boundary, jumps forward to take a catch in the air? If both feet land in the field of play, it is a fair catch.
